All Terra Vein dining tables are crafted from genuine natural marble. Variations in colour, veining, texture, tonal shifts, surface markings, and mineral patterns are inherent characteristics of natural stone. These features are not defects but part of the material’s uniqueness and authenticity.
 

Customers acknowledge and accept these natural variations prior to purchase.

All orders are considered confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received. Upon confirmation, production and material allocation will commence.
 

Custom-made or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Product arrives structurally damaged due to transportation (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence).

• Incorrect product delivered that does not match the confirmed invoice.
   

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Natural marble variations (veining, tone, movement, mineral lines, pores).

• Personal preference after delivery.

• Minor surface texture variations inherent to natural stone.

• Improper handling, misuse, or damage after delivery.
   

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days.
