All Terra Vein marble dining tables are crafted from natural stone. Variations in color tone, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of marble and shall not be considered defects. Each piece is unique.

Customization & Specifications
Dimensions, finishes, leg designs, and edge profiles must be confirmed prior to production. Once approved, orders cannot be amended. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 

Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment and written confirmation from Terra Vein. Production lead time begins after confirmation.

Payment Terms
A deposit is required upon order confirmation. The balance payment must be settled prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Lead Time
Estimated production lead time ranges between 4–8 weeks depending on design and customization requirements. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability or logistics conditions.
 

Delivery & Site Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access (lift size, staircase clearance, doorway width, floor protection, etc.). Additional charges may apply for special handling, hoisting, or site constraints.
 

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately. Claims made after installation or usage will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty
Terra Vein provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover:

• Natural marble characteristics

• Surface scratches, stains, or etching due to misuse

• Damage caused by improper handling or maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

Care & Maintenance
Marble is a natural porous material. Customers are advised to avoid acidic substances, excessive moisture, and impact damage. Proper care instructions will be provided upon delivery.

 Limitation of Liability
Terra Vein shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
