Terra Vein Pte. Ltd. (“Terra Vein”) takes every reasonable measure to ensure safe handling, packing, and delivery of all marble dining tables and custom furniture.

Due to the natural characteristics of marble and stone materials:
 

• Each slab is unique in veining, tone, and pattern.

• Minor variations, natural fissures, pores, and surface characteristics are inherent features and not defects.

• Weight, balance, and structural factors require professional handling.
   

Terra Vein shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

• Delays due to customs clearance (for international shipments)

• Site access issues, lift limitations, staircase constraints, or building restrictions

• Damage caused after delivery and handover

• Improper installation by third-party contractors not appointed by Terra Vein
   

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and signed acknowledgment of goods received.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Processing Time

• Standard production lead time: 4–8 weeks

• Custom-made pieces may require 8–12 weeks

• Lead time begins upon full confirmation of:

  • Approved drawing

  • Material selection

  • Deposit payment received

Delivery Coverage
Singapore

• Local delivery within mainland Singapore

• Excludes offshore islands unless prior arrangement is made

International

• Available upon request

• Freight charges, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the customer
   

Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Table size and weight

• Marble slab thickness

• Delivery location

• Lift accessibility

• Staircase access (if required)

• Installation complexity
   

Additional charges may apply for:

• Staircase carry-up

• Crane services

• Restricted access zones

Redelivery due to customer absence

​Delivery Schedule

• Delivery date will be arranged 5–7 days in advance

• Customer must ensure site readiness

• Any rescheduling must be informed at least 48 hours before delivery

Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
 
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery:

• Customer must inspect goods immediately

• Any visible damage must be documented and reported on-site

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours with supporting photos

Claims made after acknowledgment may not be entertained.
 
Installation
Terra Vein provides professional installation for marble dining tables unless otherwise stated.
Installation includes:

• Assembly of table base

• Placement of marble top

• Alignment and stabilization

• Final inspection
   

Terra Vein will not be responsible for:

• Uneven flooring issues

• Structural instability of existing flooring

• ​Damage caused by third-party movers after installation​

What to Include in the Shipping Policy

Every Terra Vein delivery includes:

• Secure wooden crate or reinforced packaging

• Professional marble handling

• On-site assembly (for standard models)

• Surface protection wrapping

• Basic alignment and leveling

• Final wipe-down and presentation
