At Terra Vein, every marble dining table is crafted using carefully selected natural stone. Due to the inherent nature of marble, each slab features unique veining, tone, and patterns. Natural markings, pores, and minor surface variations are characteristics of genuine stone and are not considered defects.
Product images shown on our website or marketing materials serve as references only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, veining, and appearance depending on the natural slab selected.
All Terra Vein tables are made to order based on the customer’s confirmed design, material selection, and specifications. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, dimensions, and material details carefully before confirming their purchase. Terra Vein shall not be responsible for incorrect measurements or design selections provided by the customer.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics of marble and the product specifications agreed upon during the order confirmation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Terra Vein, every marble dining table is handled with care to ensure safe delivery and professional installation. Due to the natural weight and characteristics of marble, all deliveries are arranged with proper protection and experienced handling teams.
Processing Time
Most Terra Vein tables are made to order. Standard orders require 4–8 weeks, while custom designs may take 8–12 weeks. Production begins after design confirmation, material selection, and deposit payment.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available within mainland Singapore. International shipping can be arranged upon request and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery includes secure packaging, professional transportation, on-site assembly of the table base and marble top, and basic alignment. Additional charges may apply for staircase access, restricted entry, or special handling.
